Service Description

In this class, you will learn basic martial arts, work on self-discipline, mindfulness, and improving balance. All classes will start with a few minutes of stretching and end with a minute of meditation. The bulk of the classes will be spent learning stances, blocks, punches, kicks, and balancing techniques. This class would be great for anyone looking to get a weekly work out. Materials Needed: 5 square feet of empty space and comfortable clothes
