This course series helps you re-establish a healthy relationship with food by learning mindful and intuitive eating. Those who practice mindful eating report enjoying their food more, improving nutrition intake, appreciating their bodies and feeling more satisfied with abiding by their natural wisdom. Diets are restrictive and do not address the root problems of eating challenges. Making new habits takes time and this course provides a transformational foundation to explore and start on a healthier and happier relationship with food. Materials Needed: Few sheets of paper, pen or pencil, colored pencils and/or markers for activities
